BREAKING NEWS: DNF Delayed!

The news first reached my attention through the Twitter account of one Geoff Keighley, currently employed at Spike TV's Gametrailers.com and man behind the curtains of Spike's Game of the Year Awards. The news had become official, Duke Nukem Forever has been delayed once again. "Duke Nukem Forever ... has been delayed. Now coming June 14 instead of  May 3." And thus the circle is complete, in a way.

After a fourteen year delay, this almost feels like they are trolling us. Still, with a game fourteen years in the making, there's bound to be mistakes all over the place. And as tiny as they may be, they need to be squished. Any flaw will be magnified a thousand times by reviewers everywhere. So a delay might just be what it needed.
